 S2, LG Optimus Black, Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc,
etc. Too costly for a 1 GHz processor, and with
no dual core too.

HTC Sensation XE

Features : This phone features Beats audio music. So, it is an awesome phone for music. It also has a 8MP camera with dual LED flash and also is capable of HD video recording and playback, plus, a 1.3MP front facing camera(maybe). It has a super fast 1.5 GHz dual core processor, well, I think it is the fastest processor till now on a smartphone. This phone has a 4.3 inch qHD S-LCD screen, which is supposed to be the first true HD display on a smartphone. It has the HTC Sense 3.0 UI, which is not the latest UI made by HTC. The latest UI is 3.5. It has the latest Android Ginger Bread, and HTC has confirmed that it will get an upgrade to the Android 4.0 (Icecream Sandwich). It is very responsive, with no lagging. It has an awesome looking(actually matching with the Beats audio) red color to some parts of it, including the 4 capacitive Android buttons.

Why to Buy : This phone has a good battery life,
and is mainly for music lovers. It is actually
worth that money too.

Why NOT to Buy : This phone is not 4G. It does not
have the latest HTC Sense UI.

HTC Rhyme

Features :  This phone has got awesome looks and and also is awesome when talking about it's performance. It has got a 5MP primary camera with LED flash and a secondary VGA camera. The phone is capable of HD video recording at 720p@30fps. It has got a fast enough 1GHz Adreno 205 processor. It has the latest HTC User Interface, which is HTC Sense 3.5, and runs on Android 2.3.4 (Ginger Bread). Samsung Galaxy R

Features : This is one of the cheapest Dual Core handsets you can ever buy !!! It has 8GB of internal memory, and it can be expandable upto 32GB too. It has a 5MP primary camera with LED flash and with awesome clarity. It has a brilliant 4.2 inch SC-LCD capacitive touch screen display with 480x800 pixels. It's UI is Samsung's Touch Wiz UI. It has a 1GHz Dual Core Cortex-A9 Processor, which is really fast. It runs on
Android 2.3. It has awesome looks too.
     Price : Rs.24000

Why to BUY this : It has a Dual Core processor for that price. It has good pixel density on the screen.

Why NOT to buy this :  It has a 5MP camera only.

Sony Ericsson Xperia X8

This awesome piece has awesome looks as well as awesome features.

Features : Xperia X8 has a fairly fast 600MHz ARM 11 Processor. It has the Sony Ericsson Timescape UI. It has a nice 3 inch TFT capacitive touch screen display with 16M colors and 320x480 pixels and also scratch resistant glass. It runs on the Android 2.1 OS (Eclair). It's memory can be expandable upto 16GB. It is probably the best phone below Rs.10000.
     Price : Less than Rs.10000

Why to BUY this : It has a good speed, a good
camera, good looks, good price tag and awesome
display.

Why NOT to buy this : It's OS is outdated, no LED flash, and it's
battery life is really bad.
